Getting Ready for Christmas ...

Hi Friends!  Hope you are all well!  :)

Me, I've had a very busy week with lots of appointments, and have managed to catch the strep throat that my hubby and son had.  And when I gave Bodhi his vitamin today, he says, "Mommy!  Oh no!  You touched my vitamin!  You're gonna get me sick!"  *Hands went straight to my hips* .. and I said, "Uhhhh -yea.  WHO got me sick in the first place?!"  *giggles & realization on his end* and then, "Ohhhhh Mommy, NOT me."  LOL!!!  :)

So I've had a play with this DARLING Lili of the Valley "Hanging the Stockings" stamp.  I love the way she's tippie toeing on a present to reach wayyy on up there and hang the stockings .. hehe!  You almost wanna reach in there and help lift her up to reach that nail don't ya?  So CUTE she is!!!

LOTV Starrry Ted ...

Lili of the Valley's newest release is ready for ordering if you haven't already done so!  They are absolutely DARLING as you already know by the cards my fabulous DT sisters has been giving you.  :)

This precious image that I'm using is called "Starry Ted" .. awwww!  Sweet right?!   I've coloured this with my Prisma Colored Pencils and OMS.  And the beautiful papers are from Lili of the Valley's "Promises" pack.

Lili of the Valley Sneak Peek Blog Hop!

Good morning Friends, thanks for stopping by!

Today we’re holding a Lili of the Valley sneaky peek blog hop to celebrate the launch of the gorgeous new stamps! There are 18 of the cutest baby and animal designs (unmounted rubber) and also 2 new A5 sheets of clear stamps (a companion set and also an everyday version of the hugely popular Grungy Christmas Messages).

The stamps will be available to buy on the Lili of the Valley website from midday on Sunday the 25th November (UK time) and you will also be able to get them at the Lili of the Valley Christmas party at their showroom in Leeds on Saturday (24th) if you are able to make it.

So I am here to show you this DARLING Lili of the Valley "Playful Puppy"!  Awwwwww!!!  They're looking at a teensy ladybug on the block ... CUTE!!!  And all of my papers are from the gorgeous LOTV Petal Fresh paper stack.  :)

I've also the giraffe image on my pull out tag from the LOTV A5 Babies Companion Set .. sigh .. giraffe's are one of my fave animals!  :)

Christmas Magic

Hello Friends!  Hope you are all doing well!  It's the start of another weekend .. and for us it's the beginning of a mini-holiday.  Bodhi starts his Thanksgiving vacation and has the ENTIRE week off from school!  Lucky kid!  lol!  Gosh, when I was in school, we only had 4 days off for Thanksgiving break.  His school gives the WHOLE week off! 

I'm looking forward to it.  Means we can get up a bit later in the mornings, and also .. more cuddle time!!!  For some reason, I'm so into blankets at this time of year.  And I love shopping for one or two more every year.  hehe.  So, I went out and got us a couple more for the living room .. with hanging out on the floor and watching movies in mind.  :)  I know we'll probably be moving furniture around, and laying down layers of blankets to watch movies downstairs .. so it'll be nice and cozy!  :)

Annnnyways ... I've made a Christmas card using Lili of the Valley's darling "Ice Skating" image.  I LOVE them!  Do you know I've never been ice skating?!  Yup!  Never!  I rollerskated, but never ice skated.  I can only imagine what I'd look like if I tried it .. and this beautiful graceful image does not come to mind if I'm in it.  LOL!  :)

Lili of the Valley Recipe Card Stamps ...

Hello Friends!  Hope you are all doing well!

You know, the more I think about it, the more I'm starting to get myself into a slight panic.  Christmas is right around the corner, and like ... is it just me or do you feel like you're in one of those dreams where you're running and running and running and not getting anywhere?!!  hahahahaha!!!  Plus we're helping my father in law move homes .. so that's kinda making us rush around a little more too.  sigh ... not enough hours, not enough days, not enough time .. lol!!!

But I've managed to make some cards using Lili of the Valley's Recipe Stamps .. I so LOVE these!!!  Cooking and baking always makes me feel so cozy and homey .. and I'm NOT saying I'm good in the kitchen .. but it just makes me feel good inside to think of it and watch it on TV.  haha!  I love the Food Network and Cooking Channel.  :)

Lili of the Valley Sneak Peek

Hello Friends!  Hope you are all enjoying your weekend!  :) 

We have have a 3 day weekend here in the U.S. for Veteran's Day, and we had a very nice start on Saturday.  We had teensy falling snowflakes!  OoOh we were so excited!  I kept hoping that the flakes would get bigger, but .. it didn't.  lol!  The mountains by our home ended up with all the snow and it's put such a nice chill in the air.  :)  I'm crossing my fingers that it'll snow at our home again this year.  :)

Well, in my last post I mentioned that Lili of the Valley is having another DARLING release.  And I'm so not kidding!  lol!

Today, I'm going to show you "Football Bears" .. they are cuUute!!!  So perfect because Bodhi loves playing soccer at school!  I decided I'd make him one of those corner bookmarkers since he really needs more of them and this is what I've come up with:

Home for the Holidays ...

Hello Friends!  Hope you are all doing very well and enjoying your week so far!  :)

I'm glad to hear that I'm not alone in watching those Phineas and Ferb cartoons that I mentioned in my last post .. hahaha!!!!  They really are pretty hilarious.  lol!  I sometimes even watch it late at night if I can't fall asleep in bed.  LOL!!!!  :)

Well, I've had a play with another LOVELY Lili of the Valley Christmas image .. this one is called "Victoria and Pup" and I've used Distress Inks to colour.  Oh how I love them together .. I think this image evokes so many warm fuzzy feelings and it's a "must-have" for every Christmas!!

These beautiful Pion papers I've used were given to me by a very dear friend last Christmas (thank you SO much!!) .. and I've had such a difficult time cutting into them.  I swear I must've had sweat dripping from my brow as I was trimming these papers.  LOL!

On to some other exciting news which will capture your attention for sure .. lol .. Lili of the Valley is having another new release soon!!!  Oh me oh my!!  You'll start seeing sneak peeks on all of our blogs, so keep checking my fabulous DT sisters posts!  I know I say this all the time .. but this will be yet another AMAZING release .. so very very PRECIOUS & ADORABLE!!!!  :)  Every image will leave you saying, "Awwwww!!!  SOoO darling!!!"

Friends Always ...

Hello Friends!  Hope you're having a great weekend!  :)

We're hanging out and just relaxing .. watching some Phineas and Ferb cartoons with Bodhi.  Have you ever watched those cartoons?  lol ... lemme tell you ... they're hilarious!  I'm all grown up (well at least I think I am) .. and when I watch that cartoon, it literally cracks me up.  Like out loud cracking up.  hehe!  It's such a great cartoon series .. and it's even better since Bodhi loves them too.  :)

I've gotten to complete a card using Lili of the Valley's darling Little Mermaid Friends.  I started colouring these cuties, and totally messed them up.  So I tried again and the colors that I was thinking for definitely did NOT happen.  I was about to start over AGAIN .. but I thought, "Hmmm.  Let me try and finish this up and see the end result."   And here they are:

Did you all get to check out the entire new "Fairies and Mermaids" release over at Lili of the Valley?!  OoOh my .. seriously, how does a person choose?  Simple solution .. get them ALL!  :)  hehe!

Hello Friends!  Hope you all had a Happy Halloween! I'm writing & scheduling my post before Trick or Treating with Bodhi and hubby tonight .. so I hope you all had a fabulous time in your festivities. :)  We so love Halloween!!!
