Hello Friends! Hope you are all doing well! I can feel my body slowly regaining energy each day .. and that makes me so happy! I guess the effects of radiation are slowly wearing off and although I still get exhausted, it's not as tiresome as it was the day before. :)
My little boy has been keeping me busy busy busy on my toes. I don't know where this child gets so much energy from .. I think I may need to borrow some of his. lol! He's learning how to swim and having loads of fun now. At first he was so afraid and kept saying, "Mommy please let's cancel these classes. Please cancel." It's so hard to see your child be terrified, but luckily we were told that this reaction is very common for children and to keep doing the classes. So by his 4th lesson .. he was jumping right in there and ready to learn! :)

I enjoyed reading about the swimming too, it brought back memories of when our son first started swimming, much the same experience, and he swims like a fish now! Judy x

OMG Elise what a master piece. I am simply drooling over this card. What a fabulous job you did with this image and I never thought to use it other than Easter but this is the best with the friend theme. Whoo hoo thanks for always inspiring me! I love the paper it's gorgeous!!
I am so happy to hear that your little boy is learning how to swim and eager to learn. My grankids drive me crazy with not wanting to put their faces under water. I love to swim and usually go for a dip every evening. So relaxing.

glad to hear that you are getting better each day and that your son is doing well with swimming. sometimes we just have to let them stick it out. that's how my dd3 was with karate. she used to make excuses like "i don't want to sweat!" lol! now she loves it!
