I Love Hangin' With Ya

Hello Friends!  Oh my gosh, it's the first of yet another month!  Yikes!  That means my little boy will be heading off to Kindergarten in a few weeks (**sobbing** Why does he have to grow up so quick?!!!!)  I'm going to be one of "those" parents who needs to bring tissues as I walk him to class.  Instead of my little guy crying and latching on to my leg, I'll be the one hugging him and not wanting to let go screaming, "Why do you have to grow so fast?!  Why?!  Why?!  Why?!!!!!!"  LOL!!!!  And he'll be the one saying, "It's okay Mommy, stop .. you're embarassing me.  Let me go and play now okay?"  Haaaaaaa!

Alright, I think I thought everything out about the first day of school for me .. so I will do my best to avoid that situation.  hehe!

Well, the first of the month also marks another wonderful time at CLP Challenge!  Chelsea has yet again made another fabulous sketch for all of us to enjoy and we are sponsored this month by Whimsy Stamps!  I've used the cute "Hang In There" digi:

I hope you'll swing by CLP Challenge blog and join us .. also go and check out my sweet DT sisters works!!!  They're always so full of inspiration and loveliness!  :)

Thank you so much for visiting me .. as always, I love seeing ya!

Hugs,
Elise

OMG, Hon, what a magnificent tag card....such stunning papers and I'm loving all the layers! This turtle is sooooo darn cute.
OMG.....this brings back memories. I had to push my son on the school bus and a few hours later, the school called to tell me he is crying and I should pick him up. Well, when I saw him cry...then, of course, I cried! HOW EMBARRASSING!!! This sad state of affairs continued for several weeks!!! Hope you have better luck with your little guy!

Oh Elise, I can just see you on the first day of school. You be crying a river and your son will be all excited. This beautiful and most adorable tag is perfect to remind you to "hang in there", lol! But in all honesty, I was the same way--I think most mothers are. You'll be all right, you'll see.

Oh, I can see it now... Let's make a pledge!! To save the waterworks til we get back to the car... Then let it rip!!! BUT, BUT, now here's the fun part, let's look around INTO other mom's cars and see if they're balling too!!! Then we'll drive away all fast out of embarrassment lol. Or start a support group!!! Where all the weepie moms can hang out in the parking lot and just wait there, ALL DAY!!!! But we've got to find a place to hide, so as to not be spotted while the kids are out in the play yard lol!!!

Okay okay, now onto this sweetheart of a creation!!! Oh, I do love me some Crissy Armstrong and you have done an incredible job bringing this cutie to life!! All of the soft colours and sweet details are precious and what a clever sentiment!!

Have a wonderful day, dear friend,
stephanne
