Hello Friends! Hope you are all well! Can't believe my little one will be going back to school next week ..ugh! I'm already dreading it ... since I'd rather him be at home with me. lol!
I had an "Ice Cream Date" with him the other night .. I took him to an ice cream parlor just he and I. And he acted like such a gentleman .. asking me, "How are you enjoying your ice cream Mommy?" We both agreed that each of ours was yummy. He had Cookies and Cream, and I had Strawberries and Cream. :)
I loved listening to his chatterbox stories as he told me about Spiderman and Hero Factory ... he knows so much about them and I've grown to enjoy them as well believe it or not! haha!!! And at the end, he told me, "I loved my ice cream date with you! You're the best Mommy in town!" Awww man! *Note to self* ~ Gotta make it a point to do this more often! :)

You are so right... don't forget to take some time together with you little one. Before you know it they have grown up. My sons are already 23, 19 and almost 15 and I have to admit I do miss the feeling of their little hands in mine. ;-)
