Peace & Joy ...

Hey Ya's!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

I have another Christmas card to show you using one of Lili of the Valley's newest darling release.  This sweet girl is called "Jolly Holly" and I've also used a "Peace & Joy" sentiment from Set 75 -Christmas Wishes (which will be back in stock on Aug. 14th).  The papers are from "Woodland Wishes".

I've coloured her with Distress Reinkers and Watercolors .. and outlined her with my white Sakura Gel Pen.  Some of you have asked how I do this .. and you'll find it very easy and simple!  :)

1.  Stamp your image (I personally use black Memories Dye Ink to use with my Distress Inks).
2.  Then I color everything as normal.
3.  If you use a spray sealer, go ahead and spray after you color.
4.  LAST STEP is to outline with your white pen.  I like to leave little hints of black lines here and there .. but it's all your preference on how you'd like to show your lines.  :)

I'm so grateful to also have the pleasure of using some beautiful Ribbon Girl goodies such as:

I hope you have all treated yourself to some new LOTV treats!  Don't forget shipping for all stamps are FREE!  :)  Can't beat that!!!

As always, don't forget to visit my beautiful DT Sisters on their personal blogs as well as on LOTV's Inspirataional Blog for their gorgeous creations!!!

Thank you so much for visiting me .. I truly love it when you do!  I'll see you again soon!

Hugs,
Elise

I love your colouring Elise, and the white outline is something really different and makes the image stand out. I'm a little bit addicted to my sakura gel pens, and use the stardust ones a lot for added shimmer in my watercolouring.

Aloha Elise. First of all, thank you so much for you prayers. We survive the hurricane. OMGosh, talk about fierce winds and that was only a Category 1 which caused extensive damage to many homes in lower Puna. Are you a Hilo girl? You created another stunning card. I enjoy seeing all of the elements and embellies you use on your awesome cards. Happy crafting! Big Hugs
