Hello!  Hope you are all doing very well and having a beautiful weekend!  Can you believe it's the beginning of April already?!  My gosh!

My little boy is on his Easter Break, plus some of my family is in town still .. it's so nice to be together and enjoy things.  :)

Happy Easter

Hello there!  Hope you're all doing well and seeing more signs of Spring popping up wherever you're at!

I made time earlier last week for an Easter card.  Don't you simply LOVE Easter?!  I love the colouring of the eggs, the hiding and finding them with my little boy, the simple pastel colors which are so delicate .. and of course the choco's that we all devour.  lol!

Life's Greatest Treasures

Hi ya's!  How are you all doing?  Hope you're all having some nice weather wherever you're at.  We were lucky to get another cold chill come through, so we're all enjoying the nice weather before it starts majorly heating up here in Vegas.  Our rose bushes has been sprouting lots of buds, and I am SO excited waiting for them to bloom!  OoOoO!

My Angel

Hello there!  Hope you are all enjoying some really beautiful weather out there!  We've been having some pretty days here too so my hubby and I planted some potted flowers today ... I love going to Star Nursery!  ;)  I'll show you a couple pics of the flowers at the bottom of my post.

Here's a couple pics of the Ranunculus flowers we planted today.  They kinda resemble roses a bit huh?  I saw them in a bouquet bunch at Whole Foods market last night, and immediately knew I needed to have them out in our backyard.  haha!

Don't you just love the way flowers make you feel?  It's undescribable huh?

Enjoy Life

Hi there!  Hope you are all enjoying your week so far.  It's been reallllly windy here for the past 3 days, and I think today it's slowly simmered a little bit.  We had gusts up to 60mph, and if you could picture me trying to pull my car door shut while that strong wind is blowing .. yea .. you can go ahead and laugh.  lol!  I swear I must've looked like a fool!  That wind felt like it was going to rip my car door right off!  Wow!

Paper Purses & Pin Basket

Hi there!  Did you all have a great weekend?  Hope you did!  I got to see my little boy sing in Chapel this Sunday morning for school .. and it always brings tears to my eyes to see him walk in down the aisle with the other little ones.  I love watching him sing and do all the hand motions that they do ... I wish he could stay this little for a LOT longer.

I love it when those tiny little hands and fingers wiggle in the air, those little feet dancing up on stage and witnessing that huge smile that radiates as he sings.  It's always so wonderful to see your little ones be happy isn't it?  sigh ...

I wanted to show you another set of brown paper bags that I made.  It's supposed to be like a little purse, so the flap opens up and you can put goodies in the inside pocket.

Then I also made a little stick pin basket which I painted and distressed:

I really really enjoyed making these, and can't wait to make more!
