Hello Friends!  Hope you're having a great start to your weekend!  I am so glad the weekend is here ... I don't have to get up so early in the morning to get my little boy ready for school!  Annnnnndddd .. my son will be with me all day during the weekend!  hehe!  I missed him so terribly this entire week, you've no idea! 

Well, for this card, I titled it with a quote from a book that a sweet friend of mine sent to me through the mail .. thank you!!!  And I loved the quote "Between Friends, Words are Optional".  ;)

Sending You Love

Hello Friends!  Hope you are all having a lovely weekend so far!  I am not looking forward to this weekend coming to a close.  My little boy starts Kindergarten on Monday .. oh my gosh .. I'm going to be a wreck!  I'm already thinking of it all night tonight and I'm feeling quite sad.  LOL!

I know it's a great feeling to see him grow up, but it's just so sad to see how the time has passed so quickly.  It feels like just yesterday that I was burping him on my lap after each bottle!  sigh ...

Hello Friends!  How are you all doing?  Can you believe that the Summer is almost over?!  Oh my goodness!  I swear it just started last week and it's already coming to a close!

Whatever!!!

Hello Friends!  Hope your week is going smoothly so far!  :)  Not too much is going on here .. just preparing my little boy for school with the school supplies and all that good stuff.  He's already told me that he doesn't want to start school.  I asked him "Why?"  and his response ... "Because you're going to miss me Mommy."  hahahaha!!!!  Yep, that little man has me all figured out all right!

Dancing in the Rain

Hello Friends!  Hope you are having a lovely start to your weekend!  :)  We will be looking at some pups tomorrow .. thinking it will be nice for all of us .. especially for my little boy.  We won't be able to bring the pup home yet as it's still too young.  I hope we'll be able to find one that would love to share our home with us.  :) 

Anyhow, I made a Tilda card for fun, and when I used this image .. I immediately thought of a quote that was written to me in a card by sweet Jamie.  When I found out that I had breast cancer last year, she sent me a card and in it had said, "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass .. It's about Dancing in the Rain".  So true .. thank you Jamie!!!

Planting Seeds of Hope, Love & Faith

I Love Hangin' With Ya

Hello Friends!  Oh my gosh, it's the first of yet another month!  Yikes!  That means my little boy will be heading off to Kindergarten in a few weeks (**sobbing** Why does he have to grow up so quick?!!!!)  I'm going to be one of "those" parents who needs to bring tissues as I walk him to class.  Instead of my little guy crying and latching on to my leg, I'll be the one hugging him and not wanting to let go screaming, "Why do you have to grow so fast?!  Why?!  Why?!  Why?!!!!!!"  LOL!!!!  And he'll be the one saying, "It's okay Mommy, stop .. you're embarassing me.  Let me go and play now okay?"  Haaaaaaa!

Alright, I think I thought everything out about the first day of school for me .. so I will do my best to avoid that situation.  hehe!

Hello Friends!  Hope you're all having a great start to your weekend!  We're getting a little bit of rain again, and you'd think the heat would let up a bit, but no .. it's still over 100 degrees here.  LOL!  Add the mugginess to it, and it's just downright yucky.  hehe!

I did this card last week, and it reminded me of how when I was little I'd love to catch grasshoppers and lizards and observe them in a jar for a short while.  I used to think they were so fascinating .... untiillllllll one day a lizards tail fell off into my hand while I was carrying it.  Oh my word, I screamed bloody heck ... that grossed me out so terribly!  And from that day on, I was so afraid of lizards!  LOL!

That's my karma ... I used to catch the lizards and show them to my Mom when I knew in fact that she was afraid of them.  LOL!  Wasn't I just naughty?!  She'd give out a little scream and then get so mad at me.  Oh my gosh I was rascal!  LOL!

Hello Friends!  How are you all doing?  Hope you're getting in some fun activities during the Summer months .. maybe a vacation to a place that you've always wanted to visit?  I just want to go to Disneyland over and over and over again .. can never get tired of the place!  lol!

Great thing about it is .. my hubby and little boy loves Disneyland as well (yup!  Even my hubby loves Disneyland!  Yayyy!).  Hopefully we'll get to go before the end of the year ... I'd really love to go right before Christmas!
