Hello Friends! Well, I have quite a bit to share with you on today's post .. hehe! First, I want to share a card with you that I completed a few weeks ago just for fun. :) Thank you Chelsea for another gorgeous image to play with! I love her!

Next, I want to thank Cami for presenting me with this super cool award! Awww! You make me feel so special!! Thank you thank you thank you .. I so appreciate this! I hope you will all visit Cami as she has such a beautiful blog with so many lovely projects and she's such a SWEETIE PIE!
And then, I want to thank Christina for a most wonderful surprise! I had no idea she was pulling names from her comment section, and she surprised me with a most generous gift code for $50 to shop at Magnolia-licious!!! OMG! Talk about hitting off the New Year with a heart pounder! LOL! Thank you SO much Christina .. I truly appreciate it! I hope you will all visit Christina as well .. her blog is also full of creativity and beauty and she is yet another SWEETIE PIE!
Last but not least, on January 3rd, we all woke up to find this outside in our backyard:
Yep! Snow in Las Vegas! We haven't had snow covering our backyard since 2008, so this was a very nice surprise! Those footsteps you see in the snow? Those are my aunt's. She came over from Hawaii to stay with us for a couple weeks and help me .. and apparently she was out there before the rest of use woke and twirling in the snow .. in her THIN NIGHTGOWN!!! LOL!!! She's hilarious! :)

Ohmygosh Elise, this card is gorgeous! Your coloring always amazes me, and I love how you positioned this cutie-pie gal on that wowzer background! I just luv luv luv your style! That pic of your aunt's footprints in the snow is so neat! She must've had fun walking on the snow covered ground as you know we don't get snow in Hawaii LOL! How fun. Good Morning Elise, WOW! lovely card. The image is sooooo cute. Your paper and colors bring so much softness and a bit of mystique, that really harmonize this little fairy. Amazingly beautiful. Looking forward to see what you will create with Maggies. Snow... LOL, It's so much fun to read the reactions towards snow, in Montreal, we take it for granted, up to a point, that by the end of January,we have seen enough of that white stuff!!!

Firstly, let's talk cards here. Your Cammy is fantastic and I love love love your colouring and beautiful embellishments, cool news about the award and Christina's random gift certificates, a good idea, it would prevent those "unfollows" now wouldn't it, lol!! And SNOW, that is so amazing!!! From what I hear, it was snowing darn near clear up to the coast that evening!! And I had to giggle at the idea of your aunt out there having her own wet t-shirt contest, it must have been such a serene moment for her, on the serious side though!!!
